Terms of Service.

The service

FORTY8 Studio ("FORTY8", "we") designs and develops informational business websites according to the package scopes published on this website. The scope of each package is defined by its written description at the time of purchase.

Timelines

Delivery timelines (24 or 48 business hours) begin only after two conditions are met: payment is confirmed, and all required content has been received in final form. Business hours exclude weekends and UAE public holidays unless a weekend delivery has been separately agreed.

Delays caused by missing, incomplete or changed content pause the delivery clock.

Content and revisions

The client provides final text, images and brand assets, and confirms they hold the rights to use them. FORTY8 is not responsible for the accuracy of client-provided content.

Each package includes one revision round covering adjustments within the delivered scope. Structural changes, new pages or new content after delivery are quoted separately.

Payment

Projects are paid in full before the delivery window starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated in AED and exclude any applicable taxes.

Ownership

On full payment, the client owns the delivered website and its design. FORTY8 retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Liability

The delivered website is provided as described in the package scope. FORTY8's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
